Straive appoints Abhishek Jain as Chief Financial Officer

Straive, a leader in operationalizing data and AI solutions across leading global organizations, today announced the appointment of Abhishek Jain as its Chief Financial Officer. Jain is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investor relations.

Abhishek brings over 22 years of experience leading finance functions within the services industry. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Tanla (NSE: TANLA) and spent 18 years at Wipro, where he held various global roles including Business Finance, Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Financial Planning & Strategy.

Abhishek will be based in Bangalore, India. Over the coming weeks, he will transition into his role by deepening his understanding of Straive’s business and meeting teams across the organization.

Kumar Subramaniam will move from his current role as Chief Financial Officer to Chief Risk Officer and Head of Corporate Development, effective October 1, 2025. In this new capacity, he will oversee all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management, including information technology, infosec, operational, and strategic risks. He will also continue to lead corporate development, focusing on creating value for our stakeholders.
