Ankor Rai is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Straive. With a career spanning over 25 years in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, he brings deep industry expertise to his role. Prior to joining Straive in 2023, he was a member of the Executive Committee and Chief Digital Officer at EXL Service, and previously served as a Partner at Inductis Group LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Pune and completed a post-graduate programme in management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Abhishek Kumar Jain is the Chief Financial Officer of Straive, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, taxation, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to joining Straive, he was the CFO at Tanla Platforms Limited and Vice President & Head of FP&A and CFO functions at Wipro Limited. During his tenure at Wipro, he secured first place in the Best Investor Relations category at the Institutional Investor APAC Rankings in 2022 and 2023 and won the ‘Recognition of Excellence’ at the 2025 CFO 100. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and has completed the Senior Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Namit Sureka is the Chief Analytics and AI Officer, responsible for driving the enterprise-wide AI strategy, designing advanced data solutions, and building intelligent platforms to enhance client outcomes. With over 20 years of experience in advanced analytics and consulting, he was previously associated with EXL. In 2026, he was recognized as one of the ‘Most Influential Leaders’ at the AI 150 awards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta, a post-graduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Bharadwaj Rangarao Manju is the Chief People Officer, boasting over 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining the company in 2020, she held roles at Arkin Systems, Ramco Systems, Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Standard Chartered Global Business Services. She is a certified chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate secretaryship from the University of Madras and an MBA from PSG College of Technology.

Samudra Sen is the Head of Education, responsible for driving product innovation, scaling ed-tech platforms, and guiding early-stage ventures into growth. An inventor with a patented innovation, he has over 23 years of experience in business development and has been with the company since 2003. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Bombay and a master’s degree in industrial design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Srinivasan Karunganni Govindarajan is the Business Head for Science and Research, overseeing strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall business growth. With over 18 years of experience in senior executive roles, he has been with the company since 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Kumar Subramaniam serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Corporate Development. He brings over 20 years of finance experience, directing enterprise risk management, global regulatory compliance, and strategic corporate initiatives. Associated with the company since 2013, he previously worked with WNS Global Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
