Our Stressbuster activities allow employees to attend online fitness sessions that feature various forms of physical activities, such as home workouts, Zumba and yoga, ultimately encouraging employees to make physical fitness as a habit.
Stressbuster talks on the other hand comprise a series of webinars to help employees de-stress and include topics related to interests, hobbies, learning, and other fun games and activities.
Through the Employee Assistance Program, we provide short-term professional counselling to help employees manage their emotional needs. Support is available 24/7 and can be accessed in multiple ways, either via direct dial, email, the website or by downloading the app on a mobile phone.
