Job Description:

  • End-to-End HRIS Implementation: Leads and manages all phases of the new HRIS implementation project, from initial planning and requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live
  • HR Systems Management: Takes ownership of establishing and optimizing workflows for the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of various HR system tools, including IDM requests, USCF/Agent Suite management, ProQor entries, and network access for all Quantrics employees
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with all departments within the organization to understand their needs and ensure a seamless and user-friendly application request system for HR-related tools and access
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborates with HR stakeholders and other departments to gather and analyze business requirements for the new HRIS and existing HR systems
  • System Design & Configuration: Designs and configures the HRIS to meet the identified business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
  • Data Migration & Integrity: Oversees the migration of data to the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develops and executes comprehensive testing plans to ensure the HRIS functions as expected and meets user needs
  • Training & Documentation: Develops and delivers training programs for HR staff and end-users on the new HRIS. Create comprehensive system documentation and user guides
  • Go-Live Support & Post-Implementation Optimization: Provides support during the HRIS go-live phase and continuously monitor system performance, identifying and implementing necessary optimizations and enhancements
  • Vendor Management: Liaises with HRIS vendors as needed to resolve issues and ensure effective partnership
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the HRIS adheres to relevant data privacy regulations and security protocols

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) as an HRIS Specialist with a strong track record of leading end-to-end HRIS implementations
  • Deep expertise in HRIS management principles, best practices, and current trends
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams
  • Experience with [mention specific HRIS platforms if preferred, e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud]
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
