Job Description:

  • Acts as front line of support for SN’s journal authors, external editors, and reviewers in a timely manner
  • Help researchers check the status of their manuscript and guide them to more information as they need it
  • The team is mainly supporting Springer Nature Journals in the Research Division
  • Journal Support agent provides information to customer’s pre-submission queries that ranges from how to submit a paper to status of the paper and much more via email support
  • The agent is here to assist the customers every step of the way to ensure excellent customer experience. We aim to either have or find the answer to any question coming our way and always endeavor to get a response to our customers as quickly as possible.

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least 6 months BPO experience (voice and/or non-voice)
  • B2 & up in AMCAT
  • Ability to conduct internet research and the ability to navigate multiple websites
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including service, confidentiality and negotiation
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and phone skills
  • Excellent business writing skills
