Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsiblefor deriving actionable insights from complex datasets, creating detailedreports, extracting meaningfulinsights,visualizing data using Power BI and SQL and develop reports that support businessstrategies and decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solvingskills, experience with data visualization tools, and proficiency in SQL,Python, or R.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing routine data validation and quality checks.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, other visualization tools and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Understanding of Python or R for data analysis.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
