PositionOverview:

Straiveis seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamicteam. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with large datasets andleverage your expertise in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Power BI to provideactionable insights that influence business outcomes. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure data solutions are efficient,reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

DataAnalysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insightsusing SQL, Python, and Alteryx.

Reporting& Dashboards: Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI tocommunicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

DataCleaning & Transformation: Cleanse, preprocess, and transform raw data intousable formats to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaboration:Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and delivercustomized analysis that drives decision-making.

Automation:Create automated data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiencyand minimize manual intervention.

DataValidation: Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity,consistency, and reliability across data sources.

Documentation:Maintain clear documentation of data processes, methodologies, and dashboardsfor ongoing reference.

ContinuousImprovement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new data analysistechniques to improve data-driven practices within the organization.

RequiredSkills & Qualifications:

Experience:2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (for data analysis), Alteryx, and Power BIis essential.

DataAnalysis: Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and exploratorydata analysis (EDA).

Reporting& Visualization: Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports inPower BI.

Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex data problems andpresent insights in a business-friendly manner.

CommunicationSkills: Ability to communicate technical data insights to non-technicalstakeholders effectively.

Collaboration:Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multipletasks and deadlines.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or arelated field.

PreferredQualifications:

Familiaritywith other data visualization tools or ETL tools is a plus.

Exposureto big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
