Job Summary:

The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for analyzing and integrating metadata across multiple data streams into the client database to optimize scheduling processes. This role requires a strong focus on detail and problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and integrate metadata from various data streams into the client database.
  • Create and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the company and employees.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected absences, and other challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers regarding schedules and potential issues.
  • Ensure schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with company goals.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to identify and solve scheduling problems, optimize processes, and anticipate potential issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Capability to find solutions to conflicts and disruptions within schedules, and propose improvements for better efficiency.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in scheduling tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and environments.
  • Good language skills for effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or data management (preferred but not mandatory).
