Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, social media, and web assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and web development teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-time solutions.
• Creative Direction: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to improve design strategies.
• Ad-hoc Design Needs: Support with quick-turnaround design tasks like promotional banners, presentations, infographics, and event materials.
• Revisions & Feedback: Receive and act on feedback from project stakeholders, making revisions as necessary to meet expectations.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and templates for future use.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, corporate, or freelance setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or XD) is preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, from digital to print media, is required.
• Typography: Strong understanding of typography and how it applies to both print and digital formats.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with brand standards.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teams and present design concepts.
