Role: Lead Analyst – Corporate Research

Purpose: Lead research deliveries by leveraging various research frameworks and methodologies. Work closely with Senior Manager and above, Line of business head, to deliver research deliverables

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for teams and self-research project deliveries

·       Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables

·       Able to take complete ownership of more than one project.

·       Enhance the quality of research and consulting projects by incorporating deeper insights, greater accuracy, best practices, domain expertise, and advanced metrics.

·       Comprehend and monitor market insights across multiple sectors (TMT, Industrial are the preferences).

·       Actively engage in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal development, and client scope of work

·       Managing the delivery of training and development program

·       Good organizational, Team Management, time management and project management skills.

·       Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.

·       To provide sales support in addition to regular project delivery work to senior management on need basis

Experience & Skills

·       7-10+ years’ experience in a research / consulting domain

·       Domain knowledge – Candidates having Cybersecurity, Enterprise App, DevOps etc. domain knowledge will be preferred 

·       Candidates having bachelors in engineering, MBA will be preferred.

·       Should have managed a team in the past.

·       Hands-on experience in Forecasting, Market research, analytics, Competitive Intelligence, market forecast, Report creation, though leadership publication, corporate strategy, Project Management/Planning, Consulting, Strategic Advisory.

·       Experience in a highly fast-paced work environment, preferably in research, consulting, or marketing/strategy

·       Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities

·       Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint.

·       Good People Management skills

·       Ability to work across multiple industry and projects concurrently, while maintaining the highest level of quality in work Recognition & Achievements.
