Job Description:

  • Handles customer inquiries through non-voice channels such as email and live chat
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
  • Maintains a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
  • Ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Accurately documents customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Job Qualification:

  • At least 72 units completed in college
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • AMCAT must be at least B1
