• Provisions and updates customer accounts accurately and promptly
• Distributes new account information to customers
• Maintains accurate departmental databases and documentation
• Collaborates with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
• Documents and resolves internal customer issues

Job Qualification:

• 1+ year customer service experience (order processing, data entry) 
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficient typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail
