Job Description:
- Handles high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
- Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Resolves customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
- Escalates complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follows communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
Job Qualification:
- Minimum educational requirements: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and comprehension skills
