Job Description:
- Marketo Management, Strategy Development and Execution: Oversees day-to-day operations of Marketo including campaign creation and optimization, complex multitouch nurture execution, scoring models, dynamic chat, and A/B testing
- Integration Ownership: Manages and optimizes integrations between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy; Supports integration with key marketing channels (Oktopost, iCapture, LinkedIn, WordPress).
- Reporting and Insights: Develops and maintains comprehensive performance read-outs and scorecards, providing actionable insights and driving continuous optimization across all programs
- Website and Chat Collaboration: Partners with digital teams on dynamic chat optimization and personalization strategies that drive inquiry capture and pipeline growth
- Data Stewardship and Hygiene: Proactively monitors and resolves data gaps and integrity issues, enabling accurate segmentation, targeting, and performance reporting, and owns the end-to-end RingLead/Marketo integration to support data enrichment, normalization, and round robin inquiry routing
- Stakeholder Enablement and Training: Develops detailed documentation and delivers ongoing training to internal stakeholders
- Global Localization Support: Supports globalization and localization efforts for marketing programs across key regions
- End-to-end Management of Offshore Marketing Automation Support Agency: Oversees daily collaboration, workflow management, and performance quality of offshore agency resources supporting marketing automation execution
