Job Description
:
Screens submitted manuscripts for quality and relevance to the publication
Oversees and manages the peer review process, ensuring timely and accurate feedback
Responds to inquiries from Editors, Reviewers, Authors, and internal colleagues regarding manuscript status and peer review updates
Ensures smooth communication between all parties involved in the review process
Maintains accurate records of manuscript submissions and review outcomes
Job Qualification
:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet navigation
Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
Familiarity with publishing processes is a plus
