Job Title: Senior Director- Analytics Consulting
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· You will have overall responsibility for delivery, account management, client relationships, and account growth.
· You will be responsible for demonstrating business value through solutions that help meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives, and making executive presentations.
· You will be responsible for scaling the pilots / POCs to a long-term transformative program and delivering continuous business value.
· You will work with the client’s business stakeholders to understand key business questions, challenges, and information needs, and help develop an analytics roadmap that identifies and prioritizes key analytics use cases for execution.
· You will lead a team of data and analytics professionals and directly work with key client stakeholders to help define the business problem and determine solution requirements.
Requirement and Qualifications:-
Experience:
· 12+ years of experience in analytics consulting, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the retail or banking sectors.
· Proven track record of delivering large-scale, transformative analytics solutions within retail or banking industries, driving business outcomes.
· Expertise in leveraging analytics for customer insights, demand forecasting, fraud detection, credit risk modeling, and operational efficiency.
· Technical Skills: Strong foundation in analytics methodologies (predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence) and relevant tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Hadoop, etc.).
· Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.
· Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field from a Tier-1 institution. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD) are a plus.
