Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience in the BPO industry is not a requirement but is a plus
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer issues, provide efficient resolutions through phone calls, and route to appropriate resources or follow up as necessary
