Job Description

  • Screen submitted manuscripts for quality and relevance to the publication.
  • Oversee and manage the peer review process, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
  • Respond to inquiries from Editors, Reviewers, Authors, and internal colleagues regarding manuscript status and peer review updates.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the review process.
  • Maintain accurate records of manuscript submissions and review outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet navigation
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
  • Familiarity with publishing processes is a plus
