Qualifications
● College undergraduate in any field of study
● 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on sales
● Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English (C1- AMCAT)
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns while driving sales.
