Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Support variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget/forecast and provide insights.
• Collaborate with business units to understand key drivers of financial performance.

Management Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key business KPIs and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership.

Business Partnering & Decision Support:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to analyze financial impact.
• Support cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Assist in scenario analysis and financial modeling for business planning.

Process Improvement & Automation:
• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, reporting efficiency, and automation.
• Work on finance transformation projects, including new system implementations.
• Support compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
