Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to drive critical cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of strategic programs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex business environments. You will be instrumental in aligning project execution with business goals and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic programs across departments.

• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure program success.

• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.

• Track progress and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to track program health and KPIs.

• Drive change management and communication efforts associated with program execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8–12 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or consulting.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of project/program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP is a plus).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment among diverse teams.

• Experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
