Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our hiring strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Employer Branding: Enhance employer brand visibility to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market insights.
ATS & Recruitment Metrics: Maintain and track recruitment data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment KPIs.
Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices and build a diverse workforce.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
✅ X+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
✅ Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
✅ Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience hiring in [Industry: Tech, Finance, Healthcare, etc.].
⭐ Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment and HR analytics.
⭐ Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
