Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Document Accessibility Specialist who possesses strong basic computer skills, foundational knowledge in MS Office, and a quick learning ability. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a collaborative attitude. This role requires a willingness to be a team player, show flexibility, and contribute to the improvement of document accessibility in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that documents and digital content are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility best practices and guidelines.
  • Assist in creating and formatting accessible documents using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand document accessibility requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any document accessibility issues that may arise.
  • Continuously update knowledge of accessibility standards and software tools to stay current with industry trends.
  • Provide assistance and support for users with specific document accessibility needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with fundamental computer operations and software applications.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze them, and provide efficient solutions.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and adapt to new tools or technology.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team goals.
  • Flexible, proactive, and open to feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in document accessibility or related fields is a plus.
  • Any UG / PG
