Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and change management. This role will involve supporting the PMO Lead in managing various projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PMO Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the DO-Growth Technology Support department.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties are informed of project status, changes, and issues.
Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to project workflows.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for project revenue, invoicing, resource allocation, and project costs.
Monitor project budgets and assist in project cost management, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Support revenue collection efforts and maintain familiarity with finance concepts to assist in financial reporting and analysis.
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to the PMO Lead as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.
Proficiency in project management tools, particularly JIRA.
Strong understanding of project cost management, revenue collections, and finance concepts.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project challenges.
