Job Summary:
TheSales Support Administrator II is responsible for the seamless execution ofsales processes from order intake
tofinal processing. This role manages the full lifecycle of sales orders andrenewals, ensuring accurate data entry
inSalesforce, and upholding the integrity of sales and ACV reporting. Thisposition collaborates cross-functionally
withthe Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to guarantee timely and compliantprocessing of contracts, purchase
orders,and associated documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supportthe Sales team in closing new and existing business deals by creating andupdating sales orders, reviewing investment summaries, completing vendor forms andsending orders to customers for e- signature.
- Guide assigned reps in maintaining accurate Salesforce data entry to ensure proper forecasting and a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare detailed renewal reports for assigned reps, including product usage.
- Assist Account Managers and BDEs in client communications related to sales order processing, billing, and collections.
- Maintain and update client records to reflect the current status of Salesforce orders, supporting accurate invoicing and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure all deals are processed in line with company policies and expectations.
- Conduct monthly QA checks to identify and correct data entry errors within established deadlines.
- Assist Commercial leadership, Finance, and other cross-functional teams in resolving opportunity, account, and billing-related inquiries.

- Education: Associated degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support preferred.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (MS Office).
- Proficiency in French at a fluent level, both verbal and written, is essential/required.
