Responsibilities: 

  • Source, interview, and schedules candidates who apply through different sourcing channels.

  • Manages and provides candidate pipeline to ensure sufficient applicant database to meet operational demand. 

  • Facilitate job offers. JO preparation, offer negotiation and contract preparation.

  • Stay abreast in recruiting trends and best practices. 

  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. 

  • Attend calibration meetings and coordinate directly with Hiring Managers for various updates on the requisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources or any related course. 

  • At least 1 years of end-to-end recruiting experience. Technical and Volume Recruitment experience from a BPO and third part firm companies is preferred.

  • Very good oral and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Good stakeholders’ management experience.

  • Working knowledge of different interview techniques and sourcing methods.
