Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & Innovate (40%)
Develop modern and interactive learning content using tools like Articulate 360, H5P, and Powtoon.
Apply proven learning frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and Gagne’s Nine Events to ensure effective knowledge retention.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and enhance learner engagement.
Align learning content with organizational competencies and skill-gap requirements.

2️⃣ Lead & Facilitate (40%)
Facilitate soft skills and competency development programs for our global workforce.
Conduct interactive workshops to strengthen leadership and professional capabilities.
Collaborate on High-Potential (HIPO) talent assessments and support career growth initiatives.
Manage and enhance new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a great employee experience.

3️⃣ Manage & Analyze (20%)
Coordinate with external vendors and training partners to deliver high-quality learning programs.
Use LMS insights and advanced Excel analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
Ensure training compliance and competency mapping align with business objectives.
