Job Description

- Handles customer inquiries through non-voice channels such as email and live chat
- Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
- Maintains a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
- Ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Accurately documents customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Job Qualifications

- Minimum educational requirements: Senior High School graduate
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
