Job Description

To work with Seniors and Collect and review documents related to hedge funds and private equity investments from various sources, including external websites and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·     Review key financial documents such as capital account statements, financial statements, fund performance reports, portfolio reports, and factsheets.

·       Interpret, validate, and extract relevant data from financial documents.

·   Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems, ensuring audit readiness.

·       Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and portfolio data.

·       Support financial research and MIS reporting.

·       Follow and enhance internal processes for efficient data onboarding.

·       Use Excel and internal tools to manage workflows and track progress.

·       Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when required.

Key Tech Stack & Skills

Required:

·       2–3 years of experience in alternative investments, financial data, or document management.

·       Basic understanding of hedge funds, private equity, and related documents.

·       Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.

·       Research-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.

·       Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred:

·       Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving data landscape.

·       Capability to identify deviations and escalate issues in a timely manner.

·       Proficiency in Excel and working with data systems.

Required Education & Experience

● Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/Masters in field of Finance

● Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
