Job Description:

- Good communication skills
- Ensure work steps are complete and work is performed efficiently
- Continue ongoing development when advised to reach performance standards
- Maintain professional behavior both internally and externally
- Attend training, meetings, and participate in communication as requested

Job Qualifications:

- At least 72 units in college
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while working at a computer
- Ability to follow conflict resolution processes and find solutions to conflict
- Very keen attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Amenable to work 5 days in a week and on permanent graveyard shift
