Job Description:
- Handles high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a
timely manner and answering inquiries through non-voice channels such as email
and live chat
- Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information using the right
methods/tools
- Resolves customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
- Escalates complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follows communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls
- Maintains customer records by updating account information

Job Qualification:
- Minimum educational requirements: High School graduate
(Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and comprehension skills
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
