Job Description

  • Screens submitted manuscripts for quality and relevance to the publication
  • Oversees and manages the peer review process, ensuring timely and accurate feedback
  • Responds to inquiries from editors, reviewers, authors, and internal colleagues regarding manuscript status and peer review updates
  • Ensures smooth communication between all parties involved in the review process
  • Maintains accurate records of manuscript submissions and review outcomes

Job Qualification

  • At least 2nd year undergraduate
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet navigation
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
  • Familiarity with publishing processes is a plus
