Purpose:SGA is rapidly
expanding its PE business and seeks a highly skilled Associate to manage client
onboarding and project execution. The ideal candidate should i) possess strong
fund modelling skills, ii) In-depth understanding of PE life cycle, fund
structures and has knowledge of PE transactions and key products, iii)
demonstrated ability to create solutions for unstructured requests, and iv)
excel in independent review and quality check of clients’ projects. This role
also requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure
seamless delivery and drive successful project outcomes.
Roles& Responsibilities:

Analyzing company documents to create information
memorandums, competitive landscape, sector reports, financial benchmarking,
evaluation of term sheets and trading and transaction comps
·     Â
Identifying and profiling potential targets/buyers for
sponsor led deals
·     Â
Working on Financial Models and assumptions validation,
DCF, LBO, fund modeling, sensitivity analysis, quality of earnings analysis
·     Â
Maintaining portfolio operating models, and performing
periodic portfolio valuations
·     Â
Performing secondary research through the web and available
databases to prepare investment thesis and memorandums
·     Â
Comprehend client objectives in detail by front facing
conversations. Build confidence and create a strong impression in new
prospects’ minds

Be responsible for quality check and client deliverable.
Develop solid relationships with existing clients to ensure maximum client
retention and client delight
·     Â
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance
the efficiency and effectiveness of projects
·     Â
Managing a team of 3-6 analysts
 Requirements:
·     Â
At least 4 years of experience of working with or servicing
Private Equity clients
·     Â
In-depth understanding of PE life cycle, fund structures
and has knowledge of PE transactions and key products
·     Â
Strong proficiency in financial modelling, fund modeling
and valuation techniques and can manage unstructured and open-ended requests
·     Â
Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Pitchbook,
Reuters, Factset, and Mergermarket
·     Â
Excellent analytical and presentation skills and attention
to detail
·     Â
Conduct on the job and off the job trainings for the team
members
