Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implementation:

      Architect, design, and deploy EUC solutions using modern workplace tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and other related platforms.

      Integrate modern workplace solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimized performance.

      Implement endpoint security controls and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.

  1. Management and Maintenance:

      Provide ongoing management and optimization of EUC solutions, including patching, updating, and monitoring systems like Windows 10/11, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools.

      Manage device lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, and refresh) using automation and cloud management platforms.

      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user devices, applications, and Azure VDI in a timely manner.

  1. Security and Compliance:

      Implement security measures like conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and device encryption (BitLocker).

      Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations such as GDPR through effective policy enforcement and monitoring.

      Resolve any vulnerabilities of endpoints highlighted in regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of endpoint devices.

  1. Collaboration and User Support:

      Work closely with IT teams, service desk, and business units to ensure optimal delivery of EUC services.

      Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of modern workplace technologies to enhance productivity and adoption.

      Act as an escalation point for complex end-user computing issues and ensure fast and efficient resolution.

  1. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

      Stay up to date with the latest developments in modern workplace technologies and practices.

      Recommend and implement continuous improvements and enhancements to existing EUC environments to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

      Lead or contribute to IT projects related to workplace transformation, automation, and cloud adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

      Technical Expertise:

      Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and other related modern workplace technologies.

      Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions, including mobile device management (MDM), identity management, and endpoint security.

      Solid understanding of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, automation tools, Terraform, Azure ARM etc. ).

      Security and Compliance:

      Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, conditional access policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).

      Problem-Solving:

      Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in complex environments, with strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.

      Communication:

      Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide user training.

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related quantitative field

      5+ years of relevant working experience or working in similar role, preferably in the financial industry

      Deep understanding of "security by design" and "privacy by design" concepts, able to articulate secure architectural options to technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations

      Strong planning, strategic thinking, and prioritization skills

      Proactive and excellent communicator with a team-oriented approach to solve business problems with entrepreneurial mindset to constantly improve the status quo

      Ability to keep up with the state-of-the art security and cloud computing trends in the market and quickly comprehend how to apply in current environment

      Certifications:

      Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are highly desirable.

Experience:

      4+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure, desktop engineering, or EUC role, preferably in environments with large-scale user bases.
