• Bachelor's degree of any field (open to fresh graduates)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while working at a computer
• Ability to follow conflict resolution processes and find solutions to conflict
• Ability to multitask
• Very keen attention to details
• Amenable to work 6 days in a week; morning shift
