- Communicates with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Works with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Job Qualification:
- At least 72 units completed in college
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
