Job Description:

  • Inquiry Processing and Routing: Ensures all inbound inquiries are processed accurately and routed promptly based on defined workflows, monitor assigned inquiries for SLA breaches, work closely with reps on training, process reminders as needed
  • Data Integrity and Normalization: Maintains high-quality lead and contact data through manual and automated cleanup, enrichment, and standardization. Flag, troubleshoot and resolve gaps (if possible)
  • Operational Workflow Support: Support and test marketing workflows (e.g., Marketo campaigns, Salesforce workflows, routing logic, etc.), helping ensure system reliability and process efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Creates and maintains ad hoc and scheduled reports to support marketing performance tracking and process optimization
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Documentation: Acts as an operational partner to internal teams and contribute to process improvement by maintaining clear documentation

Job Qualification:

  •  3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce (must have)
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience with routing, inquiry processing, and data hygiene processes and workflows
  • Comfortable managing SLAs and ticket queues
  • Nice to have: Marketo, WordPress, RingLead, Power BI, HTML/SQL familiarity, HTML/CSS
