• Handles both inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Understands customer needs and offer relevant services to drive sales
• Converts leads into sales and build strong relationships to close deals
• Resolves issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals
• Works closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and create more sales opportunities
• Provides feedback to improve customer experience and sales processes

Job Qualification:

• College undergraduate in any field of study
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1- AMCAT)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns while driving sales
