Lead - Instructional Designer

Job Details:
● Ensure the content matches the standards and objectives of the scope and sequence of that course.
● Design an appropriate strategy for a particular course and the target audience.
● Analyze, write, and enrich the content on client LMS, following guidelines and review processes.
● Considers and implements accessibility guidelines for learning along with a web page accessed through the design, writing, and editing process.
● Perform edits to course/lessons in alignment with writing and style guidelines as specified by the client.
● Review and validate appropriate assessments, practice questions, and quizzes for given learning objectives.
● Review the media elements and suggest and review appropriate media
changes/approach.
● Make suggested fixes by client, SME, content and copy editors.
● Provide metadata tags for content searchability and accessibility standards.
● Validate the quality of the online course as per the Quality Matter.
● Verify all content is plagiarism-free.
● Identify language, grammar, and syntax related issues.
● Perform tests on client LMS for functionality after the completion of the review.
● Write alt text for all images in a lesson or edit existing alt text content as needed.
● Record ALL alt text, whether written or already existing, into the provided
spreadsheet.
● Migrate alt text to the client’s LMS.

Educational Qualification:
