Project Coordinator

We are looking to hire a dynamic PMO analyst to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly on budget, and on time. You'll also liaise with project team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data, as well as prepare project status reports.
To ensure success as a PMO analyst, you should be able to identify clients' business needs and meet them through effective project management and analysis. Ultimately, a top-notch PMO analyst should display analytical prowess and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members, management, and clients.
Skills:
Excellent command over MS Excel and PowerPoint (Must Have)
Data presentation skills
multi-stakeholder coordination skills (Must Have)
Excellent spoken English communication skills (Must Have)
PMO or executive assistant experience is a plus
Should have professional work-ex of 2-3 years or should be B school grad with 1 year experience in above roles
Responsibilities:
Consolidating status reports from various teams for internal and external stakeholders
Creating required delivery status reports using JIRA / Confluence
Under the direction of DH, create dashboards for financials, project metrics
Invoice updates and coordination
Work with PMs/DMs for Team member onboarding and offboarding.
