Job Title: Business Analyst


We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven

ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will

work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop functional specifications,

and ensure that technology solutions meet the desired objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders,

department heads, and endusers, to gather and document business requirements, goals,

and objectives.

ï‚· Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement,

and document functional and non-functional requirements. Create detailed business

analysis reports and project documentation.

ï‚· Solution Design: Work with development teams to design and validate solutions that align

with business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions meet the requirements and provide

value to the organization.

ï‚· Project Management: Assist in project planning and management, including defining project

scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor project progress and provide regular

updates to stakeholders.

ï‚· Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, coordinate testing activities, and validate

that solutions meet the specified requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or

discrepancies.

ï‚· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical

teams. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate requirements,

progress, and outcomes effectively.

ï‚· Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping stakeholders adapt to

new processes, tools, or systems. Provide training and support as needed.

ï‚· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute

to the development of best practices and methodologies.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position.


Skills:

ï‚· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

ï‚· Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

ï‚· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

ï‚· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ï‚· Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

ï‚· Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
