We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented German Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess native proficiency in German and have a strong background in language translation, interpretation, and cultural nuances. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and effective communication between our German-speakers and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Translation and Localization:

• Translate written documents, marketing materials, technical content.
• Adapt content to fit cultural contexts and local preferences while maintaining the original meaning and intent.

Interpretation:

• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, conferences, and calls.
• Ensure clear and accurate communication between German-speaking clients and our team.

Language Support:

• Assist with the creation and proofreading of German-language content, including reports, articles, and presentations.
• Offer language support for customer service, sales, and other departments as needed.

Cultural Expertise:

• Provide insights into German culture and business etiquette to enhance communication and relationships with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Advise on cultural sensitivities and appropriate communication strategies.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and edit translations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for language services.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, content creators, and other team members to align language services with project goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on language and cultural strategies.
