Job Description
  • Handles customer inquiries through non-voice and voice channels such as email, live chat and phone call
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
  • Maintains a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
  • Ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Accurately documents customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Job Qualification
  • Minimum educational requirements: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
  • Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
