CFO Products & Balance Sheet, Finance Analytics for GPS – Financial Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join the Finance Analytics for GPS function, working closely with the CFO Products and Balance Sheet Team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analysing complex data sets, developing interactive dashboards, and creating insightful presentations and reports to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, financial, and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and financial concepts. Role & Responsibilities • Design and deliver engaging and informative presentations and reports using PowerPoint, highlighting key findings and insights to various audiences • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports using Tableau, ensuring effective communication of data insights to stakeholders • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process improvements • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes Skills Requirements of the Position • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis or related role in the financial services industry • Technical Skills o Proficiency in Tableau, with experience in creating interactive and dynamic dashboards o Strong understanding of data analysis principles, with experience in collecting, organizing, and analysing large datasets o Programming skills in Python, R, and/or SQL o Familiarity with SAP AFO, SAP BW, and SAP Hana o Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, modelling, and visualization o Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and informative presentations o Familiarity with financial concepts, instruments and markets • Soft Skills o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels o Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines o Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results • Working hours: Zürich working hours (-3:30 hours from Mumbai)
