Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LaTeX Paginator to handle typesetting and layout of complex documents such as academic journals, research papers, books, or technical manuals. The role requires expertise in LaTeX coding to ensure high-quality, publication-ready outputs aligned with client or journal specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pagination/typesetting of academic and technical documents using LaTeX.

• Format text, tables, equations, references, and figures according to predefined style guides (e.g., IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, etc.).

• Troubleshoot LaTeX code to resolve formatting, layout, or compile-time errors.

• Insert and adjust cross-references, citations, and indexing as per guidelines.

• Work closely with editors, quality control teams, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate output.

• Maintain and follow templates or macros for consistency across projects.

• Ensure high-quality output in both PDF and XML/HTML (if applicable) formats.

• Implement revisions based on client or editorial feedback.
