Job Role: Senior Consultant Gen AI Developer

Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years with 1-2 years ofexperience in GenAI

Shift Timing: 1PM IST to 10PM IST

Roles andResponsibilities:

• Design and Develop GenAI Automation Tools: Design, develop, and test GenAI-powered automation tools to automate business processes, using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas where GenAI automation can bring significant value and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• GenAI Model Fine Tuning: Fine tune GenAI models using various frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers, to solve specific business problems.
• Integrate with Existing Systems: Integrate GenAI automation tools with existing systems, such as ERP, CRM, or databases, to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Test and validate GenAI automation tools to ensure they meet business requirements, are free from errors, and perform as expected.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that GenAI automation tools meet business needs and are adopted successfully.
• Stay Up-to-Date with GenAI Advancements: Stay current with the latest GenAI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve GenAI automation tools and processes.

SkillsRequired:

·        Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, ArtificialIntelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

·        Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, orC++, and experience with GenAI frameworks and libraries.

·        Automation Experience: Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as roboticprocess automation (RPA), workflow automation, or business process management(BPM).

·        Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data miningtechniques.

·        Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the abilityto work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and otherstakeholders.

·        Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complexbusiness problems and develop creative solutions using GenAI.
