Job Description:

  • Handles high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner and answering inquiries through non-voice channels such as email and live chat
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
  • Provides accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Resolves customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Escalates complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follows communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum educational requirements: High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and comprehension skills
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
  • Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
