Competencies:

a. Learning Design

• Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, andaccessibility compliance guidelines.

• Experience in creating online courses, mobile courses, micro-learningexperiences, and converting classroom or blended courses to an onlineenvironment, would be preferred. 

• Strong English writing skills and the ability to adapt to variouswriting style guides.

• Expertise in using cloud-based applications and services such asGoogle Slides, Docs etc.

• Basic knowledge of learning management systems, learning technologyplatforms, and content management systems.   

b. Communication  

• Excellent presentation, writing, and customer service skills. 

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences isessential. 

• Skills to communicate confidently with colleagues/customers ofdifferent cultures in a clear, concise manner.

c. Work Practices

• Deep understanding of the current priorities and challenges, whileworking on assigned projects.

• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team isrequired.

• Ability to work within the agile framework and using problem solving,juggling multiple priorities, and working within set time frames. 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Study, understand and analyse project requirements anddeliverables 

• Set methodologies and workflows for project execution 

• Create effort estimations for project tasks and define productivitynorms for the teams 

• Prepare production checklists and guidelines 

• Train team members and suppliers on project related requirements andprocesses 

• Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined reviewprocess 

• Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to 

• Identify possible risks at production level and communicate the sameto stakeholders 

• Provide timely feedback on team’s and supplier’s performance toProject Manager 

• Comply with project related laws and regulations

• Follow information security practices prescribed by the organization

• Willing and able to participate in calls in theevening   

Technical Competencies:

1.           Thedeliverable should adhere and conform to all points mentioned in theproject’s   guidelines and checklistsmade available and in line to the customer expectation. 

2.           Thedeliverable should adhere to the file naming conventions as specified (ifany)and should be delivered in the required file format

3.           Thesupplier shall abide by all terms and conditions as specified in theAgreement/MSA.

4.           Adheringto the specification/comments given by the client/SME/reviewer.

Corecompetencies:

·       Prior knowledge of E-learning/Ed-Tech domain in content/publishingservices will be an added advantage.

·       Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.

·       Aptitude to plan & organize.
