Job Details:

·       Guidingthe team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values todelight customers.

·       Guidingthe team on how to get the most of out self-organization.

·       Guidingthe team on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in theAgile/Scrum frameworks Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team andorganization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace thatis sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

·       Removingimpediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the rightpersonnel to remove the impediment.

·       Buildinga trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear ofblame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing andproblem-solving.

·       Facilitatinggetting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

·       •Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

·       •Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, andradiating information.

·       • Supportingand educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining theproduct backlog.

Mandate Skills:

Forthe below open RR, we will need a Sr Technical Lead/Project Lead - about 8-10years experience. The person must have worked on successful delivery of webapplications using multiple technologies(.NET or Java API development, Reactfront-end,). Understanding of Devops(and especially containerization andKubernetes) and working with Devops personnel to achieve project goals isrequired. Must have handled a team of 25-30. Must have good experience ofworking in Agile-Scrum, though at the same time tracking the larger goals ofthe project. Must have excellent communication skills and customer facingskills. Must be able to have regular conversations with customers regardingproject status and changing goals. Must be well-versed in Change management andcommunication of change to the customer
