Presales Lead Business Analyst
Job Description
· Should be able to workacross all phases of Business Development i.e. Qualification of Opportunity,Solution Discussion, Pricing, Orals, Due Diligence, Contract Negotiation.
· Create the proposal scheduleand decide roles and responsibilities for team members
· Defining and owning the bidresponse process starting from RFI / RFP receipt to submission and defenseincluding
· Evolving bid response andbid review process
· Setting up a process for biddefense
· Owning and leading bidmanagement for all RFI/RFP responses including
· Managing the bid responseteam and independent bid review team
· Finalizing the structure ofthe response with clear timelines
· Organizing pre-bid meetingswith the bid team and review team to communicate the response theme and assignresponsibilities to various bid team members
· Coordinating with the bidresponse team for responses and acting as the point of contact for the bid team
· Putting together theresponse document; Organizing bid review
· Ensuring on-time bidsubmission
· Managing the post-bidprocess including
· Putting together a BidDefense pack which includes Defense Presentation and other collateral in linewith the bid response theme
· Should be ableto lead, own and coordinate with all stake holders across sales, operations,prospect, legal and contracting.
· Organizing a Bid Defenseteam
· Defining the agenda for theBid Defense meeting to ensure that the correct message is conveyed to theprospect during the presentations
Working with variousstakeholders to manage the Defense Meeting
· Interact withmanagement personnel and facilitate appropriate reviews for smoother submissionof proposal
· Maintaining a continuousfeedback loop to ensure that learning from each bid is captured and applied insubsequent bids
· Managing a repository of bidresponses
· Must be able to drill down top level businessrequirements to a User Story level and help the solutions team to understandthe approach that we are taking
Mandatory Requirements:
· Relevant work experience inthe IT / ITeS Industry is mandatory
· Ability to work successfullyin a dynamic environment with competing priorities
